Since 2007, 3DM Electric is an Italian company based in Vigevano and operating in the electronics industry. Together with Sirius Electric Srl, we started developing integrated electronic systems for pneumatic presses management. Thank to our engineering know-how, we focused on ultrasounds sector, where we developed our first 400W-generators aimed at thermoplastics welding. With the experienced gained in packaging, filtration and welding contexts, today we produce a wide range of generators, according to their frequency and power.

Even though we realize electronic systems for our customers, the improvements and the technologies we reached in the field of Industrial Automation led us to explore PLC programming (specifically, Siemens, Mitsubishi and Kinco). For this reason, together with ultrasounds, we develop HMI and PLC solutions for controlling linear, revolving and cam axes, thus allowing the customer to get Industry 4.0-ready systems.

We develop hardware and software in a co-created and shared logic. We value the customization of customers’ projects: by studying the best solutions according to the industry, we are able to acquire more know-how and be reliable problem-solvers.

We move towards Industry 4.0 and Internet of Things (IoT) principles, where smart technologies play a key role. In this context, we study to find new solutions and tools to be matched with the most diversified markets.
